Super simple, super delicious. This is a great recipe to serve for company because it comes together so easily, but delivers an impressive looking and tasting side dish or dessert. One way we love to eat it is with grilled chicken that is basted in our Homemade Barbecue Sauce. You can also serve this with ice cream or whipped cream.
I recommend using free-stone peaches or nectarines for best results.

Instructions With Photos:
Wash peaches and cut in half, removing pit.
Combine coffee and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Lightly coat peaches with mixture and set on a plate.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill peaches flesh side down for 1-2 minutes, or just until the “lines†can be seen.
Turn over and grill skin side down another 3-4 minutes, sprinkling any remaining sugar/coffee mixture in the centers. Grill until juices just start to bubble. Remove from heat.
Serving Option 1: Sprinkle peaches with a little crumbles feta cheese or drizzle with good balsamic vinegar and enjoy as a side. They go great with grilled chicken using our homemade Barbecue Sauce recipe!
Serving Option 2: Serve as a dessert alongside vanilla ice cream. or with whipped cream.
